Written by Robinson Souttar, a British Liberal Party politician noted as an advocate for peace during the Boer War. Edited by his daughter, Florence M. Souttar. Dated from the British Library. Bound in full calf with gilt. Externally, sound with light rubbing to the extremities and the odd mark to the boards. Fading to the spine and board edges. Hinges just starting but firm.
