This is the comprehensive monograph on the Los Angeles-based contemporary artist Pat Sparkuhl. It features reproductions of work executed between 1979 and 1990, an essay by Dorrit Kirk Fitzgerald, as well as the transcript of an interview between Sparkuhl and artist Kim Abeles. A most handsome example of the exceedingly uncommon 1991 hardbound edition (which shares the same ISBN with the paperbound version) limited to thirty-five copies NUMBERED (5/35) AND SIGNED by Sparkuhl, Abeles, and Fitzgerald in black ink on the title page. This was acquired directly from A.R.T. Press publisher Bill Bartman. Signed by the Artist and Authors. Artist Monograph.
