Hardcover with original dust jacket. DJ is worn and tattered with numerous chips, tears and creases. Blue cloth boards underneath show only minor handling and spotting, paper label on front has some small spots but colors are still bright. Internal binding is overall in good shape though there is some pulling in spots such as the half title page. Paper is toned due to age and foxing and spotting is present, with the worst being the end pages and pastedowns which show quite a bit of dark spots. No signatures or bookplates present, no library markings, no handwriting found.

Blue-green cloth boards ornately decorated on front and green and gilt with large color paper illustration in center the exterior shows some scuffing and soiling along with edge and corner bumps/wear. The internal binding is good, no hinge issues at boards but there is some pulling at some of the pages. Illustrated green endpapers are free of any handwriting or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting etc. paper is mildly toned due to age and there is some foxing along with a few smudge marks present. This is a larger format book than most others which are offered by this publisher with a 1927 publication date.
