This Dover reprint is an unabridged replication of the original 1975 MIT publication. Pagination - Volume 1 xii, 769 pages and Volume 2 xi, 874 pages with a three page catalog of Dover publications. It is a sizable set, weighing about 5.5 pounds, so international shipping would be prohibitive. Both the authors and the editor wrote forewords for this English edition. Volume 1 starts with an overview of laminar and turbulent flow and also discusses various aspects of turbulence. Volume 2 concludes the presentation and ends with a discussion of functional formulation of turbulence, including the equations and methods for their solution. ; formulas, charts, graphs; 8vo 8" - 9" tall.
