In the golden days of Virginia City they were abundant." or for a contemporary contribution: "Eddie Armanino's Rabbit Polenta. Eddie's done just about everything there is to do in town -- bartending, sheriffing, mending water flumes. Now he's curator of lovely old St. Mary's in the Mountains."(p.88). Harry O.
