Mauve pink cloth lettered and decorated in a dove design in gilt, 10.25 inchest tall. Some expected external wear including a very short fabric tear to the spine foot, a little bit of edge bumping, some uneven sun fading to an area on the rear cover, good hinges, sound text block, clean pages with a name and 1897 date on the front free endpaper and the armorial bookplate of Thomas Wallace, Jr., Ellerslie Hall on the front pastedown beneath the endpaper design, no other markings. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
