Limited edition, number 359 of 500 copies printed. Signed by Cecil Palmer to the limitation page. Publisher's original quarter cloth over paper-covered boards with paper title label to the spine. Illustrated with an engraved portrait frontispiece of Goldoni. A very good copy, the binding square and firm with rubbing to the boards, wear to the corners and a few marks to the spine. The contents are clean and bright throughout and remain free from any previous owners' inscriptions or stamps.
