Sir Roger was a fictional character. Supposedly an English squire of Queen Anne's reign, Sir Roger exemplified the values of an old country gentleman. He was portrayed as lovable but somewhat ridiculous. Includes a biographical note on Addison. Robust, professional packaging and tracking provided for all parcels.

Rear hinge is cracked at front hinge appears okay. Please note: this is an ex-library copy with the front pastedown contains the bookplate from the Biddle Law Library, University of Pennsylvania. The title page is punched with this info was well. No other library markings noted, no other handwriting present. Page 258/259 has a small tear near the bottom inside corner which measures about an inch and half.
