Frontispiece, 7 colour plates of views, one with an onlay and 3 coloured plans, 1 folding. Light brown cloth, lettered in gilt. Small faint mark to each board. Bold, full page inscription on the front end paper from Keith Rous, dated 27/1/91 to. [ I am withholding the recipients' names out of courtesy] , small oval bookplate with the 6th Earl's motto on the front paste down.
