[It is worth noting that only Henry, not Adele, gets mentioned in the index despite what Martin says.] Martin goes on to touch upon Duncan's declining health (kidney failure) and credits one of Henry Wenning's bookseller catalogs for introducing him to Duncan's work in the first place.
