The second part of this work provides a critical survey of Bonington's works, detailing his iconic style that was notably inspired by the old masters, yet entirely modern in its application. Copiously illustrated throughout with coloured and black and white plates. This edition is limited to 1,000 copies for sale, of which this copy is No. 806. In a cloth binding with spine label.
