Missing two pages, likely as used or issued. Based on the 1929 novel by Lloyd C. Douglas. A reckless millionaire's life is saved with the use of a hospital's sole resuscitator, resulting in the death of a selfless, philanthropic surgeon who needed the device at the same time to survive.
