Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. Limited Edition. Edition Cercle d Art, Paris, 1961. Text by Luis Miguel Dominguín with an essay by Georges Boudaille. This is copy number 76 of only 150 examples issued in the Deluxe edition. The complete Deluxe set comprises the illustrated book together with a portfolio containing an original black and white lithograph, signed in pencil by Picasso, along with a suite of sixteen color lithographs reproduced on Arches wove. The book is bound in a pictorial cloth hardcover featuring Picasso s handwritten title and drawing reproduced in facsimile. It is richly illustrated with lithographic reproductions both in black and white and in vibrant color of drawings executed in pencil, ink, crayon, and wash.
