Overall, this copy is in good condition. A prayer book of extreme rarity, not in the British Library Public catalogue, and with no copies listed on COPAC. WorldCat lists just one copy, in the United Library in Evanston, Illinois. Parts of this book would appear to have been published earlier under a different title, as the preface begins "a considerable portion of the following collection of prayers was originally written by a Lady of Distinction and Piety. They are now re-published with many alterations and additions".
