Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. Hardcover with no DJ. Brown cloth over boards with gold lettering on spine. Title and copyright pages dated 1854. 527 pages. Embossed floral pattern on front and rear boards. 4 inch long area of dark staining on front board along right side. Cloth cover worn at top and bottom edges of boards as well as at corner. Cloth covering at top 2 inches of spine is partially cut away from binding but still attached along front board. Gold lettering and gold illustration on spine are very lightly faded but still legible. Endpapers toned. Illustrations from various scenes in this title as frontispiece, protected by tissue paper.
