Copy number '40' of an edition limited to 55 copies signed by the author and illustrator on the colophon. Text hand-set in Monotype Fournier on what is probably hand-made Kelmscott Antique paper from the Batchelor mill, dating from the 1930s. The engraving paper is esparto-based, and the cover paper is from Moulin de Larroque. Paper wrappers with sewn pages, printed label to upper panel. Octavo, pp. [16] with a wood engraving by Paul Kershaw printed from the wood. A book in Fine condition.
