Of a total edition of 300 copies, this is one of only 50 numbered copies (this number 17) handbound in boards with an original collage signed by the artist; the rest of the edition was issued in wrappers. Octavo (10-1/4" by 7-1/4"). Half gray cloth with dark brown and black textured boards, with printed paper label on the spine. Trivial rubbing to board edges, else Fine, in recent acetate dustwrapper. An early book and a beautiful publication from the press; this was the first of Creeley's works to be published by John Martin. Printed by Graham Mackintosh and handbound, with 4 black & white reproductions of collages by Bobbie Creeley, and a tipped-in original color collage signed in pencil by Bobbie Creeley on the mount.
