Condition: Hillingdon Parish Church 2 on front cover. Book obviously well used. Cover creases, wear on edges, corners as like most of the page corners dog-eared. Staples rusted but not ghosted and binding still holding well. Clean. All still there and clear, but not immaculate, therefore fair condition.
