DJ: top end of front panel has "reinforced binding" and "1072;" panels have darkened; extremities and back fold have chips, rubbed spots and/or closed tears; the front panel has a 1/2 in. rubbed spot; crease lines are along the top edge of the f. and b. panels; the bottom end of the back panel and the top end of the front panel have small stains; part of the bottom end of the reverse side has water stain.
