Binding complete but shaken, with crack to gutter at title page; gift inscription to front endpaper dated 1936, along with a handwritten copy of the two-times-table in pencil, some pages scribbled on and most of the black and while illustrations have been hand-coloured; text and illustrations remain bright and clear throughout.
