Les écosystèmes naturels de la forêt ont été soumis à divers types de pe…rturbations, qui ont entraîné un déclin de la flore et de la faune. La diversité comparative des micro-arthropodes dans les plantations naturelles, d'acacias et d'eucalyptus a été étudiée dans les Nilgiris. La zone d'étude est divisée en cinq sites principaux, à savoir Emeraude (site 1), Kodapmundh (site 2), Thalaikundha (site 3), Aravankadu (Coonoor) (site 4), Kattabettu (Kotagiri) (site 5). La durée de l'étude est de six mois, de mars 2014 à août 2014. La litière de feuilles et les échantillons de sol ont été collectés et isolés par des méthodes d'extraction par entonnoir Berlese. Les spécimens isolés ont été identifiés en fonction de leur morphologie. Le résultat de l'étude montre clairement la variation du pH du sol, du NPK, des nutriments et du carbone organique entre les sites d'étude.

Gli ecosistemi naturali della foresta sono stati sottoposti a vari tipi di perturbazioni, che porta…no al declino della flora e della fauna. A Nilgiris è stata studiata la diversità comparativa dei microartropodi nelle piantagioni naturali, di wattle e di eucalipto. L'area di studio è suddivisa nei cinque siti principali: Emerald (Sito 1), Kodapmundh (Sito 2), Thalaikundha (Sito 3), Aravankadu (Coonoor) (Sito 4), Kattabettu (Kotagiri) (Sito 5). La durata dello studio è di sei mesi da marzo 2014 ad agosto 2014. La lettiera fogliare e i campioni di terreno sono stati raccolti e isolati con metodi di estrazione ad imbuto Berlese. I campioni isolati sono stati identificati in base alla loro morfologia. Il risultato dello studio ha mostrato chiaramente la variazione del pH del suolo, NPK, nutrienti e carbonio organico tra i siti di studio.
