Hardcover. Zustand: Fine. First edition. Foreword by the publisher. Owner name and stamp on front fly and the front pastedown with a one-line inked note stating the giver else fine in decorative paper over boards with printed silver label, fine printed wraparound bound (likely with the Japanese price clipped; price in dollars remains), and very near fine slipcase with a bit of tanning and the silver label just a bit rubbed.
