This work was published to coincide with their exhibition "If Hitler Had Been a Hippy How Happy Would We Be?" at the White Cube Gallery, London, 30 May - 12 July 2008. Octavo. Illustrated throughout. Original red cloth, lettering to front cover and spine in black, burnt and singed to the front cover and edges with a blow torch as issued by the Chapman brothers. No dust jacket issued. A fine copy.

Fig-1 was 50 projects in 50 weeks initiated by Mark Francis and Jay Jopling, set in a small warehouse building in Soho, each project lasting one week. Each poster is signed by the relevant artist or artists. The projects embraced a broad range of contemporary creative productions including fine art, with 13 Turner Prize nominees, as well as literature, film and video, fashion, design, and architecture. Quarto, 32 page stapled booklet, A1 folded poster with photo-portraits of all the artists, 50 A2 folded posters. With the original silver card clamshell box. Box lightly rubbed to edges, else fine.

Complete set of 36 original colour photographs, each 100 x 142 mm. With justification 'Zygotic Exposure, 1996. 36 originals by Dinos and Jake Chapman', signed by both artists. The Chapman Brothers' random photographic multiple work. Published in conjunction with the Chapman brothers notorious Chapmanworld exhibition at London's ICA gallery (May - July 1996) was the photographic work 'Zygotic Exposure'. The edition consisted of 100 undeveloped colour films, each made up of a completely different set of images taken by the brothers. As the ICA's sales pitch said at the time, 'it could be anything or it could be nothing'. It was the responsibility of the purchaser to have the film developed. This set consists almost entirely of the brother's trademark zygotic mannequins in staged set-ups in their studio. Situated in the cavernous dark spaces of a deserted warehouse, the Chapman's studio is seemingly full of the dismembered limbs of their pubescent mannequin sculptures, their mutant forms locked into onanistic poses, madly reproducing. Each set of photographs is unique, and comes with a justification signed by the artists.
