Condition issues include chip (2.5" x 1" chip at the top corner) and closed tear (1.5" at the mid fore edge) to the front cover, a damp stain at the top corner of pages 1 4, a 4" closed tear at the bottom of page 81/82, a .5" closed tear and corner fold on page 115/116, and some wear to the back cover (closed tear at the bottom corner, small chip to the fore edge, & soiling and damp stains). No cutouts or missing pages. A flawed but acceptable copy.
