No Jacket. 1st ed. 73 pp.; ex-Colonial Office/ Foreign & Commonwealth Office library with 2 lib. numbers to front pastedown,former's impressed stamps to top front and back covers, latter's small 'withdrawn' stamp bottom front endpaper, verso t.p. has a faint early oval purple official stamp 'Supplied for the Public Service', faint lib.label ghost bottom spine (faint tiny paper fragments and cloth a tad lighter). Given the nature of the book this provenance struck me as interesting and so I ignored it for rating purposes. Otherwise internally clean, tight & unmarked, front cover and spine clean and unworn, back cover has a few minor surface marks. Almost exclusively concerned with the potential of the British Guinana (now Guynana) forests for economic expoitation by logging with full sruvey of available timbers, economics of their extraction and possible uses. Hardly an ecologically sensitive work therefore! Apparently scarce.
