Original coarse cloth-backed pictorial boards. 72 pages, collated complete. Contemporary pencil inscription "Mary White Her Book / Bought in the year of our lord / one thousand eight hundred," repeated twice. Binding with edgewear, soil and staining; a bit of scuffing to front board. Leaves with light foxing, some soil. A solid copy.
