Thick yellow textured card covers illustrated in red and black with titles to front cover and 'Sunlight Soap' advertisement to rear. No inscriptions. Covers worn and fragile at extremities with chips and small losses. Front eps cracked. Textblock tanned but otherwise clean and tight. A delightful though fragile period handbook including Lifebuoy Soap's 12 Golden Rules for Healthy Homes.

Hardback. Zustand: Very Good. Revised second edition hardback, 1934, with no jacket. In overall very good used condition with only minor signs of age, handling and storage - red cloth boards faded to spine and edges. Binding tight and appears little read. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions; toning to page-ends but text bright and clear throughout. Not an old library book.
