Quarto; in the publisher's full crimson calf, with a the seal of Virginia stamped in gilt to the upper board; issued in a limited printing of 350 signed and numbered copies; this is #41 of 100 reserved copies; it is signed by Mr. Weddell at the end of the Preface; which is neither numbered nor signed.; the binding has some stains but it is still a serviceable copy of an uncommon book; this copy honorably de-accessioned from the Garden Club of Virginia with a presentation bookplate on the pastedown and a rubber stamp for their library on the front endpaper. ~~This sumptuous production highlights one the architectural and historical treasures to be found in Richmond. The English manor house (Warwick Priory) was moved to Richmond in 1925. Described in detail, with 13 splendid full-page plates on heavy paper of the house, garden, grounds, etc. and a folding plates. "Together with an account of some of the Furniture, Pictures, Curiosities, &c. Therein with Illustrations of the Interior, the Exterior, and the Surrounding Gardens.
