Theodore Belgen." Also, with a signed inscription from Kenneth O. Bjork, editor of the Norwegian-American Historical Association- the publisher of this volume: "And so, good night, sweet princess. Kenneth O. Bjork." Helen Thane Katz spent her life in Minnesota, as editorial assistant for the Minnesota Historical Society and an indexer for Minnesota History until 1988. She was also affiliated with the Norwegian-American Historical Association as an editor for many years. A great association copy!.
