Covers are faded around edges and spine, gently rounded at spine tips and corners. Stamp on front pastedown, hint of page toning else neat, clean and tight throughout. A copy of the Fire Brigades Act 1938 itself is loosely laid in - it is toned, tatty and marked.

Boards mildly marked and a little rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends, spine a little faded with a small white mark across. Top text block edge dust-darkened. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
