Vintage borderless reference photograph from the set of the 1974 film, showing costume designer Theadora Van Runkle with her pet fox. Van Runkle broke through into Hollywood with her distinctive designs for the New Hollywood classic "Bonnie and Clyde" (1967), igniting a craze for 1930s garments, French berets, and three-piece suits across America. She would go on to become one of the most renowned costume designers in Hollywood for the following three decades, working on numerous films, including "Bullitt" (1968), "The Thomas Crown Affair" (1968), "Myra Breckinridge" (1970), "Johnny Got His Gun" (1971), "The Godfather Part II" (1974), "Heaven Can Wait" (1978), "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" (1982), and "Peggy Sue Got Married" (1986), among many others. 7.5 x 9.5 inches.
