This seems to be a reprint of the author's 1938 book "How to Measure Your Powers and Increase Your Income" (used here as the subtitle); he had been writing various treatises on this topic since about 1919, which no doubt accounts for his system being "famous." Dust-jacketed copies seem to be uncommon -- no doubt because leaving the jacket on is a sure way to tip off anybody who sees you reading it to the fact that you might be analyzing THEIR character.
