Book is bound in pale green cloth over boards with dark green lettering on the front cover and spine. Cloth is slightly toned with mild edge wear, but remains otherwise is good condition. Corners are square. Binding is tight and secure. SIGNED BY BOTH AUTHORS on the title page. Pages have a very slight tone, but are otherwise crisp, clean, and bright. Images are printed in B&W. Fold-out plates are all in excellent condition. 319 pages. Pacific Fast Mail. No publication date on title page. Copyright page is dated 1987. A good copy.
