Written by Archibald Henry Macdonald Sinclair, a British politician and leader of the Liberal Party, and William Henry, a British swimmer who was in goal for the Osborne Swimming Club of Manchester that won the gold medal at the 1900 Paris Olympics. Henry was at one time the honorary secretary of the Royal Life Saving Society. Illustrated by Stephen T. Dadd, a British painter and illustrator from photographs by G.
