In den WarenkorbZustand: Good. Most items will be dispatched the same or the next working day. A copy that has been read but remains in clean condition. All of the pages are intact and the cover is intact and the spine may show signs of wear. The book may have minor markings which are not specifically mentioned. A good condition complete set of three volumes. These are ex-library rebinds with the usual amount of stamps. No edition listed and very likely to be first. All three copies are uniform with one another in smart half-leather bindings, with green marbled boards and banded green spines. The original paperback covers are intact within. The leather sections show heavy wear and peeling in places, particularly around the top corners. Textblock edges have been decoratively speckled. The contents have a few slightly slacker sections and the occasional tidy repair close to the guttering, but the bulk of the binding is completely sound. The pages are in stellar condition for the age of the books with a very faint tan to the outer edges and few and sparse signs of handling. The majority of the contents are clean and pleasantly bright, with unfaded print on good quality paper. The full titles of the books are: 'Volume I - The Discovery of Greenland, Exploration and Nature of the Country', 'Volume II - The Past and Present Population of Greenland', and 'Volume III - The Colonization of Greenland and its History until 1929'. An excellent and handsome set for it's age. More photographs available on request.
