Ein bedeutender Treiber dieses Wandels ist die aufstrebende Generation Z, deren Einfluss auf die Arbeitswelt im Zuge des technologischen Fortschritts und demografischen Wandels unverkennbar wird. Diese Arbeit nutzt qualitative Forschungsmethoden, um die Erwartungen und Einstellungen der Generation Z gegenüber dem Arbeitsmarkt eingehend zu untersuchen.Die Generation Z, geprägt durch einzigartige Werte und Einstellungen, prägt nicht nur den demografischen Wandel, sondern beeinflusst auch maßgeblich die aktuelle Arbeitsmarktsituation. In einer Zeit spürbaren Fachkräftemangels zeigt sich die Generation Z bewusst über ihre vielfältigen beruflichen Möglichkeiten und ist nicht mehr bereit, bedingungslos alle Arbeitsbedingungen hinzunehmen. Diese Forschungsarbeit setzt sich zum Ziel, die Einstellungen und Anforderungen der Generation Z gegenüber Arbeitgeber:innen zu analysieren und potenzielle Konflikte mit anderen Generationen am Arbeitsplatz zu beleuchten.Die theoretischen Grundlagen beleuchten die Konzepte von Generationen und Wertewandel in der Arbeitswelt.
