Ogden) list verso half-title + viii + 352; prev. owner's sig. top fr. end-paper, repeated on half title dated 1927 plus 'National College of Education', top edge pp.340-341 narrowly ragged apparently due to clumsy opening, which is odd as the rest of text-block normal as usual by this date, hints of edge-tanning throughout, otherwise clean and unmarked. This series published in UK by Kegan Paul, Trench & Trubner but presumably the canny Ogden arranged joint publication with Harcourt Brace. 1st ed. 1923 but no indication if this is 2nd issue or later, nevertheless very scarce.
