The contents are clean throughout and without previous owner's marks. Complete wih the very lightly rubbed dustwrapper that is without fading, loss or tears. Not price-clipped (£7.95 net to the lower front flap). Inscribed by the Roald Dahl in black ink on the front endpaper "To Lesley / Love / Roald / Dec. 1983". A collection of 14 ghost stories chosen by Roald Dahl out from the 749 supernatural tales he read at the British Museum whilst working to develop an American television programme that would feature dramatisations of some of the stories.
