'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' illustrated by Margaret Tarrant was first published in 1916. Margaret Winifred Tarrant (1888-1959) was an English illustrator whose prolific career spanned decades and included successful versions of many children's classics such as 'Water Babies' and 'Mother Goose.'
