This work contains a fascinating and detailed record of the seven hundred and fifteen species of larger moth within twenty miles of St Paul's Cathedral, and is pioneering through its study of the distribution of resident species; shown in the form of five hundred and twenty three detailed distribution maps for the period 1980-1991. This copy is complete with the accompanying transparent overlay, that details the following: 'Boroughs and counties in London' 'Tetrads with chalk at the surface' 'Distribution of built-up areas' 'Distribution of woodland areas, excluding orchards 'The National Grid' 'The Tetrad System'. Draft script for the 1956 Broadway revival. With annotations in manuscript ink and pencil throughout. An idealistic young woman, Barbara Undershaft, serves as a Major in the Salvation Army, bringing aid to the destitute and poor. Her estranged father reappears in her life, causing complications when he wants to make donations to her cause. Originally written and premiered in 1905, this script belonged to a member of the cast or crew involved in the 1956 Broadway revival, which ran for 231 performances from October 30, 1956 until May 18, 1957. Set in London. Red titled wrappers. Title page present, with credits for playwright George Bernard Shaw. 108 leaves, with last page of text numbered 22. Mimeograph duplication.
