Notes on Photographs, Notes on Text, Bibliography, Acknowledgments and Index. Rear panel of dust jacket has a large black and white photograph of L.A. Huffman. Black cloth with green letters on the front cover and green and white letters on the spine. Just hints of wear to extremities, a couple of light spots on covers (appear to be the result of silverfish grazing), cloth clean and bright, letters bright, gift inscription on half-title page [Charles Colver], else near fine to fine with no internal markings. Dust jacket has two large tears to rear panel (with nothing missing) and is otherwise slightly shelfworn and very lightly soiled but not price-clipped. L.A. Huffman [1854-1931] was one of the earliest and best photographers of the American West. This is the second of two volumes of his photographs with text by Brown nd Felton.
