The primary objective of this study is to identify those principles for the lawful use of military force. The text includes figures on International Terrorist Accidents, 1980-84, and Casualties from International Terrorist Attacks, 1981-85. There are also tables on International Terrorist Incidents Involving DOD Personnel, 1980-84, Alternative Legal Approaches Compared, Conditions Under Which States Fail to Exercise Due Diligence, and Intervention and Interposition Compared.
