1969. (Mass market paperback) Very good. 21-32pp. Folio, folded. The Helix was a biwwekly (or sometimes, weekly) underground newpaper founded in 1967 in Seattle. The paper was a member of both the Liberation news and the Underground Press Syndicate; there were 125 issues published before it folded in 1970. A melange of underground politics, psychedelic graphics, bulletins from the Liberation News Service, drug culture, music reviews, and rock festival coverage. Tom Robbins was a frequent contributor. This particular piece is thought to be the Arts and Drama supplement for the Helix paper. Clean, bright; the last page is an advertisment for the Moody Blues, who played Saturday, November 8, 1969 at the Seattle Center Arena.
