Athena Plencner

Athena Plencner has been obsessed with fantasy literature ever since picking up a copy of Dragonriders of Pern as a child. Driven by a love for immersive world-building and high-stakes character dynamics, she writes stories filled with unique creature lore, unrelenting action, and characters fighting to discover who—and what—they truly are.

When not bound to her desk crafting fantasy worlds, Athena can usually be found on the trail, enjoying long runs and adventures that keep her moving as fast as her ideas or snuggled in her favorite reading chair, enjoying a warm cup of chai.
