Bruce Kinney, MBA, MS, PMP, PMI-CPMAI, CHRL, Prosci PCCP, is a Business Transformation & Change Management Leader and AI Adoption Strategist whose mission is to Mobilize Greatness in People & Companies. For 20+ years, he has helped organizations turn complex technology and organizational change into results that stick.

Over his career, Bruce has led major transformation initiatives across healthcare, higher education, professional services, and retail. He holds a PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI) credential, is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and holds a PMP and a CHRL designation, along with an MS in Organizational Leadership, specializing in strategic innovation and change management (Colorado State University), graduating as a distinguished scholar, an MBA (University of Phoenix), executive AI education, and has progressed to a Doctoral Candidate of Education in Instructional Technology at the American College of Education.
