At 22, Eric became the youngest Amoco dealer in the country. Over the next three decades, he built multiple seven-figure businesses by focusing on systems, leadership, and operational excellence rather than simply working harder.

Today, he is the owner of European Autowerks, one of Virginia's premier European automotive service centers, and the founder of Go Fuel Coaching, where he helps owners of service businesses build more profitable, scalable companies that don't depend on them for every decision.
