Colin Marks is an AI security solutions architect with more than 30 years of experience designing and defending mission‑critical platforms across federal, enterprise, and global markets. Beginning his career at the Department of the Navy, where he earned a TS/SCI clearance at age 18, Colin has since supported DHS, FBI, VMware, Pure Storage, Accenture, and World Wide Technology in roles spanning cybersecurity architecture, cloud transformation, and AI platform defense.

He specializes in securing modern AI factories, sovereign AI platforms, and high‑density compute environments. His work blends hands‑on engineering with strategic foresight, helping organizations build AI systems that withstand real‑world operational pressure.

Colin is the author of Securing the AI Factory: A Practitioner’s Guide and continues expanding his academic foundation through studies at Georgetown University.
