Loizos S. Michael

Loizos Michail is a Cypriot political analyst and international affairs specialist with two decades of experience at the intersection of policy and diplomacy. He served as a Parliamentary Scientific Associate in the Cyprus House of Representatives (2013–2019) and as Head of Cabinet to Cyprus's Minister of Interior (2019–2023), where he helped negotiate the European Pact on Asylum and Migration, represented Cyprus in EU Councils on Migration, and established the country's first Returns Office with Frontex.

He holds a Master's degree in International Relations (Security and Conflict Resolution) and is a PhD candidate in Political Science at the University of Cyprus. He currently serves as Policy Expert for the European Public Law Organization and as Principal of Mesoyios College in Limassol.

The Human Negotiation Code is his second book. He speaks English, Czech, and Slovak, and is a proud father.
