J. P. Harrison

J. P. HARRISON grew up on the west border of Surrey, sandwiched between the idyllic towns of Farnham and Guildford.

His main interests are film and literature with a firm leaning towards the abstract and the uncanny. The author’s proclivity for horror heavily informs his writing and he exhibits a natural inclination to sensory depictions.

For five years, the author shared a flat in north London with a slew of people from all over the world. There were some happy memories, even laughter at times. There were also foul smells, thievery, mould and decay, overfilled bins, blaring bass, unusually long showers, unflushed toilets, and even death.

J. P. Harrison looks back on those memories with fondness and appreciation.

Now, he lives in Notting Hill and fervently relays this fact to anyone who looks like they might want to know, regardless of whether they have asked him or not.
