Cassandra Lilly

Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Exchange, Ocho Rios, Cassandra Kadian Lilly moved to the United States much later in life. Surrounded by the quiet strength of the Gulf Coast, she has found both healing and purpose in the place she now calls her home, Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Cassandra works full-time in the travel industry as a business operations coordinator, helping clients thoughtfully plan their journeys. Her role centers around service, organization, and helping others move forward—something she carries into every area of her life.

She treasures peaceful spaces, quiet reflection, and time spent near the beach. Florida’s shoreline has become a symbol of renewal for her.

Cassandra wrote this memoir to encourage others to keep going when life feels overwhelming. Her story is one of perseverance, growth, and the belief that even in broken seasons, strength can rise again.
